Well I heard you say something Tanaraq being like Juggernaut but these guys caught 8th Day Juggernaut

He is like Juggernaut, Tanaraq can't be stopped or destroyed. He definetly has a chance to win, but we don't know his upper limits.

But these guys had the power to kidnapping him.

Well Tanaraq is older than Earth and was the reason man is afraid of the dark and cold. He is no sloutch in power.

Was he around before Alpha Flight was introduced?

He and Llan seem like canon characters

Who Tanaraq? no, he only appeared shortly after Alpha Flight got their own series.

Llan has made cameos in Dr.Strange, Tanaraq and some of the other Great Beasts appeared in X-Man. Llan is completly banished for another 10,000 years and the Great Beasts have been banished in the Realm of the Great Beasts for millions of years they can't easily just come to Earth. Gods of the Arctic frequently appear in Thor with other Gods.

Unknown, we never saw the full extent of the Great Beasts and Llan is always under the rules of conduct that Eternity created for him to follow preventing him from fully using his powers.

Yeah Stonecutters device........................woop, woop. And then after Bedlam left it took only 1 Exemplar to wipe them out. Wow they rocked (NOT.)

They needed to make that more like a 6-8 comic series and not 2. It didn't really do anything except present a new SUPERDUPER Juggernaut. It made the other Exemplars look lame.

What are you talking about? Bedlam was able to mind-rape Juggernaut through his helmet. Something Xavier has never been able to do.
