Superman wins. He speedblitzes Venom, Wolverine and Spider-Man and kills them. Then he fights the Hulk for a few seconds and since Hulk isn't mad (why would Banner be mad after raping a hot piece like Lois? lol) he doesn't build up the strength to fight back.
