Mr Mxys just a universal level being. Saint of killers can be taken out with BFR or he can be imprisoned if he cant be killed. Preacher is just a human despite his power and with that comes all the inherent disadvantages. He has a major weakness in that his power is voice activated. He can be taken out way before a thought registers in his head.

No, it's been implied that the 5th dimensional imps are beyond the Presence's creation. They are multiversal. Hell, Mr. Xy could possibly exist in Marvel as well.

When Mr. Mxy and Bat-mite fought for fun, they destroyed the ENTIRE DC Multiverse. Do not underestimate the 5th dimensional imps.

Of course the Phoenix Force is multiversal, but it's avatars are not, and have limited access and control of it's powers. It's like saying Oion can beat this team, since he is directly connected to the Source.
