Question what comic did Blackheart usurp Mephistos thrown, I have been looking for it for a while.

It was a Ghostrider/Punisher/Wolverine comic, they kicked Blackies ass and he went back to hell with a knife that had the blood of an innocent on it, and it somehow killed Meph in one hit, I might be able to post scans or rapidshare it if u want
