who's Kalibak

hulk was able to do a good job of beating cable down, but cable has always confused me a little because his levels seem to fluctuate at times. kalibak isn't quite hulk-level, but he is very close and very skilled and durable. he would at least give cable a hard time. not sure who would take the majority. i think it would depend on cable's power level.
