I would say X-Cutioner. more resources at hand.

I don't know , as death Wolverine had a resolve that he never did when regular. He handled everything calm, collected, and for the first time that I can remember, he fought steps ahead of each of the X-men in stead of just regular battle. In regular form, I would think deathstroke would gain the upper hand but with wolverine as death, I think it would be the other way around. In the end though, I think X-cutioner would win with all his equipment.
