Hyperion comes from a pseudo realistic universe that doesn't allow one to break the laws of physics. So far we have seen no evidence of magic or any power source as ridiculous as the Speed force. Therefore Hyperion wins through a technicality (if they fight in the Supreme power universe )

The thread starter didn't state a specific location, so they're fighting on neutral ground, which means Flash gets the Speed Force.
