I assume you mean the non-jobbing Darkseid of old right? Anyways, if it's that DS, than he would kick the living crap outta the three.

^^ The only reason why Superman survives his Darkseid encounters is 1. he is protected by the source. 2. Darkseid seems to forget all the other powers he has and dukes it out with Superman.

Darkseid destroys all three. SS has already tasted the OB, and was brought down hard. Thor would posed no threat to Darkseid, unless he is KT. And Superman gets BFR.

darkseid's jobbing has been contributed to avatars or just plain PIS so he wins, none of these are essential to the universe, sept supes but once he gets rid of ss and thor supes gets a good old fashioned butt kicking

I don't like the whole essential to the universe idea, mainly because it sounds stupid when Superman is considered among that bunch. However, all of the Superman/DS fights are written with DS forgetting the versatility of the Omega Beams. He should still take this.

essential to the universe or protected by the source is the only way you can not be killed by the omega beams but you can still be hurt even then as shown as when the spectre was hurt by it.

I know what it means but it still sounds stupid when that excuse is used to explain jobbing to Clark. Spectre being essential makes sense. Superman is just a Kryptonian.

sadly what makes supes essential is the supes fans which is how dumb things like him beating SBP happen, then they can make the excuse that he was powered down, wonder what would happen if he fought SBP when his powers where fully charged and he had his suit.

I have a question
1st. Where has it been stated that the Darkseid that fought Doomsday was an avatar. I have seen photos of A Darkseid admitting he was an avatar but where does it say that the Darkseid that fought Doomsday was an avatar.

2nd. Mider I have a ? Lets look at the Darkseid, Galactus fight even though it was not canon. Why did the OB have no effect on Galactus. I know you will state because he is an essential but look at the devourer situation. Galactus was killed and he reverted to his form as a star. If the OB were the end all to be all, they would have killed Galactus but they didn't.

3rd. In the cross over the Silver Surfer was hit by the OB from behind and yet he did not die.

The OB doesn't have to kill if Darkseid doesn't want it to.

Thats true, but it had no affect on Galactus. So Darkseid just decided to throw a light show.

A properly written Darkseid should take this quite easily as only Thor would have the power to hurt him (God Force which almost killed Galactus) but unless the others can keep Darkseid distracted while Thor gets into position its not going to happen. Probably Darkseid takes them down one at a time too quickly for them to do anything as a team.

Then again, current Darkseid has been depowered to please the superman fanboys. Current Darkseid gets utterly slaughtered. Silver Surfer and Superman hold him in place while Thor powers up the god-force and incinerates Darkseids upper torso.

i guess you could say that the OB's ability to destroy is hindured by the source not the beams themselves he did vanish for a little while but the source might have brought him back when spectre killed Darkseid he was recreated does this mean darkseid>spectre no it just means the source chooses whom the OB can and cant hurt.

Thats more of a assumption than a rule.
