I will certainly buy the book as soon as it comes out. It looks good...besides I am looking forward to the return of Jacen.

Yeah that's going to be a major plot point I think.

The main plot point is that Vegere' the traitior.

Oh I hope so.......I'd hate to have Jacen be the traitor.....

Well I can say that he's not going to be.

I mean they've already had one Solo kid die and the other one dabble in the Dark-Side.

They have to be saving Jacen for being the savior or something.

I hope your right. The Star Wars Insider magazine I just received has a section called the Bookshelf.....it focused on Traitor this time. One sentence says that Stover sent Jacen Solo to hell and loved it.......

I like how Nom Anor mentioned that the Empire would have "crused their people" and then it cuts off. I wonder what Lah's response to that will be.

I'm almost finished the book and it is very good, but this one is a strange book

This was by far and away the worst book of the NJO so far. They totally ruined the character of Jacen and the worst part is they tried to destroy the GFFA that George Lucas created. I sure hope Destiny's Way is better and restores my faith in the NJO, because Traitor was awful.

I'm not finished yet, but I like Traitor. It's very strange and creepy. They do put poor Jacen through a lot. I wouldn't say it's the worst book of the NJo series, but the best is prob still RD or SBS in my opinion. Part of traitor's charm is that it's so weird so different than all the others....more later when I finish

Thats part of what I didn't like about it, how different it was. Granted, things have to change, but contradicting what Lucas has done is no good. Traitor was more Star Trek than Star Wars.

Say it aint so....
I finished Traitor a couple of days ago....Here's a short Review:

This book was decent, but definately not one of the greatest star wars books ever written. The style of writing was very different. There was a lot of flashbacks....in that an event would be described and then the previous events would be described.

Jacen goes on both an emotional and a physical journey. At times he is just arguing with himself. It was nice to see the character brought back, and I look forward to Destiny's Way, and how it will fit in with Traitor......Ganner's transition was a nice break in the action..... he dies being the hero he always dreamed he could be...

Some of Vergere's discussions with Jacen were interesting, but mostly they just got annoying....I believe that this book would be more interesting on Cd or tape....

Traitor - good but not great.....

on the back of traitor there was an excerpt of Destiny's Way......it was jsut enough to make you long for the book to release right now....
