I really don't know much about Gil canon-wise, so I dare not come to conclusion. Just for the record Akuma isn't a demon, nor is he possesed by one.

I say gill, raging demon is akumas trump card and gill can ressurect if he's not immune to it by now.

Very hard to determine, these two actually fought in the Cannon storyline, which was a stalemate since Gill Ressurected from the Shun Goku Satsu...

If Akuma lands two Shun Goku satsu's in the same day, he'll kill Gill, since Ressurection only woprks once every 24 hours...

Akuma won and walked away from the battle...then Gill resurected.

Akuma has enough to outmatch Gill

it is said that Gill is not close to Akuma's and Oro's level

Oh, alright, must mean Urien is the same as him. Since he is his brother and everything. M. Bison showed that he can take Gill down too in his Capcom Fighting Jam ending. I'm not sure if they're using the SFA3 Version or his SF2 Version. My bet is on the SFA3. I know it's not canon, but the possibility was demonstrated in the ending that he can beat him.

I'll go with gouki.
