Yeah, if this was another Hulk incarnation I would give it to Hulk, but this time it goes to the Juggernaut

The Hulk wins. The Hulk, as we all know, can contintue to amp himself up.

Let's not forget that the Uni-power gives you more than just "laser beam eyes", it also amps up your strength by about a factor of 50.

IT allows for alot more then just that................Really Hulk should be able to own juggernaut like this if he can make an adamantium type cage for him and dump him somewhere or just hold him like a pet
