Except, Cap has equal speed and strength to Supes.

Cap also has WW durability

who wins?

Just strength and speed? Being the tactician he might be able to do something with it, but not much. Supes still has his heat vision, ice breath and more. Cap goes down. Supes flays him to a skeleton.

Yea Supes still has durability where Cap does not.

Superman's still more versatile; heat-beam eyes, freezing breath, and can fly. And you haven't stated Cap's durabilty, is he Superman durable, Thor durable, Wonder Woman durable?

* so much as Cap can't touch Supes either... and Supes can use his other powers not stated in the stipulation... Cap only got equal strength and speed w/ WW's durability... Supes still wins...

Seriously Cap wouldn't touch Supes. he has Supes running speed but compared to supes when hes flying that isn't quite that impressive at all. and even with that much strength he wouldn't touch Supes in the sky.
