then u dident know superman lost most of his powers and is gaining them back veary slowly he cant fly use any vission powers his speed was decreased but he has strength can jump real high and a good bit of speed but not full powered speed

I personally think wally would waste him in a footrace. But, if superman was flying that's a different story.

the Flash would win. why would you have a character in your universe who you claim is the fastest man alive, and give him them powers only to have him beaten in a race?

A: He is faster then him
B: Hes faster than his heat vision
C: He can vibrate through even HIS dense skin

I'd give Superman the edge.

Flash is too fast, and has already demonstrated he could hit someone on Supermans durability level and knock them out.

If superman was flying and Flash was running who would win in a race? And, how fast is superman on foot?

Well Super has many options bur you have to addimit that if this flash can just touch him and send him to ohter dimension Super is lost in less that he finds out, (realy because Flash move faster that the speed of thoght.

i take it back current flash stomps current sups

I think Flash can take this, since he's done some pretty crazy things with the speedforce, including time travel. I say he wins this.
