Scarecrow if he has his scythe

Scarecrow hardly EVER has a scythe... but, from my understanding:

Crane gasses Riddler, that's pretty much game over in a flash and Riddler's nothing on the field of combat anyway...
This will obviously leave Scarecrow and Two Face very eraly on... now my main question that I myself cannot answer: does Fear Gas affect Two Face?
If it does, this match is no challenge. Scarecrow wins pretty easily. If it does NOT, Two Face will quickly dispatch Crane with a bullet to the head- KO, unless Crane can delay Face with the gas to get close u where he has his own wacky martial arts style (as seen in Knightfall most noitably that I can think of) and could tAKE Dent... overall, I'd call a narrow victory for Jonathan Crane!
