Psi-lord is Franklin's future self,
the greatest feat I've seen him perform was exploding an entire Universe,
He can definitely create pocket realities from scratch aswell,
he actually carries around a pocket reality in his armor.

Hyperstorm, came in with a lot of promise "on paper" sortaspeak,
but didn't do much in the arc he dayviewed in.

Galactus owned him fairly easily. (not that that's a low showing, but just sayin)

Theoretically he should be atleast a Universal warping power, and potentially greater.
