Tough fight. Firelord using his powers as a walking, talking sun should take a solid majority. Typical Firelord would probably lose.

I would have to say Firelord 9/10, I dont see how Magneto powers would work on him, Firelord is a powerhouse compared to non cosmic beings.

Meh, Firelord was written very well in Annihilation, and he still didn't display enough firepower to get through Magneto's shields, IMO.
