Punisher vs Ninjak who will win and why?

What are his powers/abilities/skills?

Ninjak has no superpowers; he is a normal human, but one who has trained his body to a state of physical perfection. Ninjak is also a master of ninjutsu, a group of martial skills that includes jujitsu (hand to hand fighting), bojutsu (staff fighting), and laijutsu (drawing the sword). Perhaps the deadliest aspect of ninjutsu is the ability of the shinobi (or master) to size-up any object as a potential weapon. In addition, Ninjak has a highly analytical and tactical mind, allowing him to foresee various scenarios and prepare for them in advance. His intelligence-gathering abilities include highly developed skills as a computer hacker; in this way he can access data from any source

He would have a chance if he had prep, in a straight fight or if both have prep Punisher wins so long as he gets a gun (with ammo, not a musket)

He has shown the ability to dodge through gunfire with ease.
And to see his opponent using nano-tech, allowing him to get the jump on Frank.

And Frank has shown the ability to predict the movements and shoot bullet dodgers...

Ninjak with utterly humiliating ease.

I say Ninjak wins, 9 out of 10.

Fun fact: Punisher is a ninja himself and has no trouble gunning down other ninjas. Just ask Daredevil, Wolverine or the Hand.

Michael Jackson's dead? Shit, thought he'd swapped places with Roselyn Sanchez... The bullet would pull a boomerang and attack the back of his head like a bullet being shot through the back of someone's head.

Yeah, it was on the news a couple days ago or something. He was dancing too hard in his room early reports state.

Ninjak would be long gone before the bullet changed trajectory.

What do the testimonies of a blind man and a hirsute dwarf have to do with anything?
