Yeah, but stats alone only tell you so much...

Overall strength advantage to Power Girl; overall speed and energy projection advantage to Thor Girl. TG is not very experienced in combat, but PG is a careless tactician as well. TG hammer attack could be the difference.

PG can't take magic attacks really well TG wins.

Don't know how Tarene swings - would PG's 'distraction' tactic work?
