Which Spectre wins?

Seeing as we havent seen much from Crispus Allen yet, its hard to say

Hal was a dick as the spectre

Spectre wins seriously I think hal he has more experience in everything because he was a hero and a villian

Hal was beyond "The Wrath.", Crispus like Corrigan before him, will probably give into more than not, seeing as that's the essence of the character.
Not to say which is more powerful, per-se.. vastly different types of stories though, but both with multiversal enemies.

We haven't really seen anything of Crispus Allen Spectre to say he's stronger or viceversa.

Seriously.
