Strange wqaas able to use what was left of his sorcery to depower King thor. Thats why he had to fight Thing and Hulk for hours before killing them. I can't say with Thanos, not sure of his current power but I would rate him probably skyfather level but not sure what tier in that division.

Again, what is the difference between regular Genis and insane one, he did not receive a powerup, he should still be at that level of power when bloodlusted.
