who wins and why ?

rogue steals parasites powers to steal others but at the same time has hers taken = non of them

Well I believe their powers would cancel each other out and not be able to do anything to each other. However with that in mind since she has already permanently taken Ms. Marvel and Sunfire powers or Gambits (Ultimate) she is more then a match for him.

I belive Rogue may be too much for him .
