I'm just going off his most recent Avengers storyline where he turned the whole pouplation of a 3rd world country into Hulk like creatures. and when the avengers caught up to him, he handed their asses to them untill the Avenger Triathalon took all his potions outta his hidden pouches and mustash faster than Diablo could see.
