No prep, they uhh meet at a bar (Yeah thats it!), in an Exiles issue... So that makes it more believable. Original Scorp walks in to see himself drinking a beer then the !@#$ hits the fan!

I would bet the symbiote's stronger than the Scorpion suit, so I'd give it to the new Venom.
