The Univeral Weapon is good, but it's no Mjolnir.

Ronan is tough but he'll eventually fall to against one of these two in a straight up fight. But he is smart and can make himself invisible and let Thor and BRB fight it out and when one of them went down and the other was tired from fighting, he could strike pull of the victory.

the universal weapon can also manipulate matter

The universal weapon was able to cancel gravity in Annihilation

Bill for the win after a long fight. Ronan does hang in it and make it a battle. Thor is well Thor.

I think Bill could take this fight, lets see his far more durable, stronger, faster than Ronan (now called Ronan The Free), Bill can survive in space indefinitely, Ronan however cannot, Stormbreaker is a lot more versatile than the Universal weapon Ie. dimentional teleportation, energy absortion, elemental control, what Mjolnir can do Stormbreaker could do. Bill could just teleport Ronan in space, sun, blackhole, another dimension, he could win this fight pretty quickly too. Bill 10/10

I would have to say that would be 50/50 against Thor.

Bill beat Thor the two times they fought!

Thor whuped bill good early in the blood and thunder series. He didnt have the power gem either, he was delusional and wasnt holding back.

We know that's not what happened. Thor was nuts and attacked Bill and Sif who at first tried to reason with him. Bill held his own and was later attacked from behind. Surfer comes in and fights messy when Bill too knocked Thor from behind bashing his face into Stormbreaker. Bill turns to Surfer and Thor cheaped him with Mjlnornir. Fight was really conclusive. Then again warrior madness Thor was nuts and got more powerful into the series not counting that he later gets his hand on Drax's gem.
