Ultron decides to take on the Xmen and do what Nimrod couldn't. If he win's he gets access to Nimrod's technology to upgrade himself. If he loses... HanK Mccoy turns Ultron into a Mr. Coffee.

Classic Ultron gets 1 rebirth. If he dies at any point along the way, a True Adamantium Ultron will come to take his place.
