After looking at this gruesome list, I thought the MDF members should have their say on what is best. Let's keep this out of the comicbook forums.

Just as a sidenote, in principal, "Batman Begins" is a comic book movie, but the story is not adapted from any of the comics.

Technically it is. A lot of the elements of BB were taken from Frank Miller's "Year One" storyline. With the exception of Carmine Falcone, Joe Chill and Henri Ducard, who were later introduced in the DC Universe. Ducard, a Frenchman, was actually one of Bruce Wayne's mentors who taught him the art of manunting, and wasn't really Ra's al Ghul.

I meant one in particular. Don't forget that Rachael Dawes never existed.

Well, neither did the Penguin or Catwoman the way they were portrayed. And I think Max Shreck did not at all, but I am not totally sure about that.

I don't know, I kind of enjoyed it. BB jsut was better, much closer to the Comics than those before too. But a different interpretation doesn't need to be bad.

I agree, but it angered a lot of fans, including me, when Penguin was portrayed as a sewer rat raised by Penguins after his parents dumped him, when, in fact, Oswald Cobblepot was a spoiled mama's boy who grew up in the lap of luxury. And Catwoman, who was a schizo psycho b*tch, was a throwaway character.

My top ten:

That was incredibly hard to put in order. Anyway, that's my take.

It's not a top one for me, but am I the only one who didn't see The Hulk as ONE OF THE WORST EVER... it's nowhere near as bad as the likes of Catwoman.

Catwoman is the worst I think..

Really? I enjoyed Hulk but Catwoman looked TERRIBLE.

Yep. But before the film, Judge made short animated films based off the strip.

I couldn't fill up my ten, haven't seen that many yet, other than parts of the Batman movies. I don't like th Spiderman movies that much, but as I haven't seen more than seven, they had to come in

On a slight side note, I think it would be quite interesting it someone took on The Sandman graphic novels, it would be quite epic but rather amazing if it was done properly. It would have to include Neil Gaiman in there somewhere.

I personally liked Blade until the end. The ending killed the whole movie for me. I then heard that part 2 was a little worse and part 3 even more so. I think I've seen a little of part 2 but those movies just didn't seem to be my style.

Well, I enjoyed all the movies that you brought to attention. Josie and the Pussycats is the exception because I never saw it.

Josie and the pussycats was the bomb

my order is
1. superman 2
reason because it showed the man of steel with some internal conflict in regards to love for louis and his responsibilties to the world
2. spiderman 2
reason because it copied right from superman 2 peter stuggles with his love for mj gives up his powers and then decides to become spiderman again yeah pretty much copy from # 1
3. batman begins
reason simply one of the better films i have ever seen.
4. superman 1

I know that people are going to think I'm mad for saying this, but I think Elektra was the best. Batman Begins and X2 were also good.
