Can she not simply whip up a blizzard and freeze him to death?

She can summon a blizzard faster than Dr Light can use a light-based attack why...?

He controls the electromagnetic spectrum in all it's varied forms and more. And his attacks move at lightspeed.

His powers and abilities said nothing about the electromagnetic spectrum. If he did, then he is exactly like Magneto. Unless my eyes are decieving me????

He's Magneto's better in some ways and his lesser in others...

Frankly the powers listed in Wikipedia should be enough to give him the win. But he's so much more...

lol its okay. Thats a little too much to read but I saw some of them. I admit Storm will have a hard time defeating him. That bio at wiki didn't explain all of those scans. Thats why I underestimated him.

Oh okay. But seriously, you have to understand. Storm is my favorite character, and has been since the early 90's. I know MOSTLY (not everything) everything about her, and for that, I already know what she has done and what she's capable of. Thats why I say she wins sometimes. I don't think she CAN'T be beat, because I know she can. So please don't think that i'm some sicko who thinks storm can't be beat,lol.

If light has complete control over the em spectrum, can he give off an emp?? OR does he just control light, which allows him to control that which gives off light, such as HV and lightning?? As in Kons hv and Cassies lasso??
