Zemo could probably solo everyone on his own, including his own team.

The other 2/10 Quasar saves them by being awesome.

Quasar's a part of the Avengers now?

Zemo could probably take these guys with ease, save for Quasar. Crystal is quite powerful, but so is Radioactive man, a lot of people underestimate him.
