the strongest incarnation would be devil or guilt rite
if so what can gog do plus guilt is massive so is devil

If Ymir has unlimited strength, then Hulk isn't going to do a thing. Hulk's strength may be incalculable as well, but Ymir is SO much larger that ANY brick character would be hard pressed to beat something like that.

Strongest incarnation of Hulk has unlimited strength... War Hulk- War III: The Hulk was altered by Apocalypse, using Celestial technology, and served briefly as the Horseman War, the third to hold that title and the first non-mutant Horseman. In this guise, the Hulk was even stronger than usual, and brainwashed to be loyal to Apocalypse. The Hulk effortlessly defeated the Absorbing Man and knocked away the Juggernaut, but broke free of his brainwashing when his actions threatened Rick Jones. As a result of his alteration at the hands of Apocalypse, the Hulk's eyes became red. These red eyes lingered in the comics, sporadically for several years, up until recently.

Eh, strongest would most likely be Savage or Mindless. All around most powerful would probably Captain Universe Hulk (Hulk with the uni-power).

There has only been one person to Stop Juggernaut from moving foward and that's War Hulk

The Juggernaut isn't Ymir. Ymir is so much more powerful than Juggernaut it's not even funny. Juggernaut might have a lot of potential, but his base is nowhere near that of Ymir's.

Actually, a less than full power god-blast from Thor not only stopped his forward movement but also pushed him back. Thor has also overcome his other enchantments before. In other words, atleast on earth, Asgardian magic seems to be higher than Cyttorak magic.

Hulk vs Ymir? Thats just silly.

War Hulk was not the strongest incarnation. He was only wearing Celestial-based armor. The most powerful was Maestro. He absorbed radiation for centuries, effortlessly defeated present day hulk, as well as every other hero and villain on earth.

Still, Ymir would kill him. Ymir is probably more akin to a type of universal avatar of cold and frost. Maybe on the level of Set.
