Interesting. Maelstrom at his strongest was just about a universal threat. I guess he was called Anamoly at his strongest according to Wiki, I didn't even remember that.
But anyways Maelstrom at his regular levels would lose to Flash, but at his strongest, even the IG couldn't affect Maelstrom.
Anomoly would win, Maelstrom would lose. (highend vs low end)
