They're both swordsmen, the first one appeared in Super Smash Bros. Melee (for GameCube) but actually comes from the very first Fire Emblem (not released in the west, only in Japan) and the second one comes from the last Fire Emblem released (for the GameCube still).

The fight is set in the Capitol, in Washington D.C.

their speed are at the same level, but ike has more raw power. i give ike the victory

The only thing is that Aether gives Ike quite an advantage.
