Comic or Toon Prime?

Toon stands more of a chance of loosing, but he still picked up an oil tanker while floating and got right back up after falling back to earth and surviving a blast form Ship Artillery and re-entry.

I still think that Prime can take this. Good thing he doesn't have the matrix or the Touch, since that would be overkill.
