I say Carrion and Space Phantom wins this battle

teamwork by team two maybe too much

According to Space Phantoms powers he could mimic one of the heros abilities and that would send that hero into limbo and Carrion could use his phasing ability and touch one of the heros which would either make them combust or turn to dust also he has Telekinesis
