Isis takes this one with relative ease.

Even if her weather powers don't compare, the fact that she's probably more durable than her does make a difference.

She's likely more durable than Diana, since she takes bullets to no effect.

Storm isn't taking out any champion of Shazam, weather powers or not.

What is Isis' power? I looked on wiki but it didn't have much...at least about her powers. Plus what universe is she in? DC, or Marvel?
