Are we talking about the Solomun Grundy that in the JLA pages made Superman Cry? Granted he had some help from Bizarro, I think Grundy doesn't feel pain and is Uber Strong.

grundy is immortal, and has crazy strength, he wins easily

not really, he can be anywhere from superman level to batman level, and he doesn't just never die, he can come back from the grave, but not insantly

if its normal grundy - grundy

if its angred grundy - grundy

if its jla grundy - grundy

if its crazed grundy - grundy

if its the strongerst craziest madest grundy - grundy

altogether any form anytime any place any were - grundy wins

Considering at times Grundy's only street level and at others he's stronger than Superman, it all depends on which version of Grundy.
