fight#1 would be close but IG thanos should come out on top, and fight #2 is no contest HOTU thanos could blink and destroy him........but a more probable answer is he would just absorb the beast as he did with LT, and all the other cosmics

Thanos couldnt beat either of the Morningstar brothers with just IG, much less both of them. Not sure about GEB though.

cant kill lucifer morningstar and he can also rewrite reality if he wants, and GEB is equal to the presance so it would be a stalemate at the most
