Ok here's the set up, all of the non-abstract level hero's and villains in the Marvel Universe are gatherd together on a small island in front of Black Bolt. He then lets rip with the biggest scream he is capable of. The question is who(if any) is left standing when the dust clears? Everybody involved has whatever standard defenses they are normally capable of. That means that the Invisible Woman already has her forcefield up when he screams, and anyone who wears armor has it on and at full power. No prep so Dr. Strange and the like have their normal shields but does not have the option of going and setting up special shields for the occasion etc. Also, no one is allowed to defend anyone else(it's every man for himself).

Wait, I thought that was a prep shield? If his standard shields are powerful enough to stand up to Omega Galactus(who was twice as strong as the original), than shouldn't he be unbeatable by just about anybody who's not an actual abstract?

Omega-level
Some cosmic entities, like Galactus and Phoenix. A few others survive, but go down.

Have shields ever worked against BlackBolt's scream? Scientifically speaking, they should not.

Actual scientific laws rarely come into play in comics.

Haven't Invisible Woman's shields been broken by Gladiator before?

ExtraMision5555
dr. strange would still be around

UniOmni
Superman and his ilk would survive unharmed, imo.

The ones without the S shield die.
