After a long, drawn out battle. If Odin, Thor and all of Asgard's heavy weapons were not able to stop Mangog, neither can Tyrant.
And, before somebody starts talking about Thor blasting him down his throat. First of all, it was everything he had, down Mangogs throat. Second, we have no idea exactly what it did to Mangog, if anything other than blowing him away from Thor, and making a lot of smoke.

full power was the tyrant that fought galactus and they destroyed galaxies.
depowered tyrant was any tyrant after that point.
