No...no he cant. He better pray the police get him before DareDevil kills him and he better hope the Kingpin doesnt find out about him or his organized crime days are done.

Joker gets his asskicked by DD then gets killd by Kingpin or hires Elektra or Bullseye to do it for him. he ain't leavin there alive. he'd have a better chance leaving old Compton alive (note his completely white face and happiness, that don't fly there)

No. Not only would he be dealing with DD (who he cant beat), he would be dealing with Kingpin, Punisher, and occasionally Spiderman (all of whom he cant beat).

what you mean all of whom he cant beat he's almost taken out supes with prep, and he pawns luthor all the time i like kingpin but i dont think it would be that easy, when joker knows a super powerful being or something like that is after him he does his homework like with supes he got krytonite didnt he, with deathstroke he hired some really good ninja's himself to hold slade off while he escaped, he's outsmarted luthor on many occasions, he would find out how daredevil is harmed by to much noise and use that against him, he would probably get some top assassins of his own he's also outsmarted batman more then once, your not dealing with some nassy boy here your dealing with batmans number one foe even above ra's al ghoul and hush.

mider's right joker could beat dd, not to say dd can't win either though.

I don't follow. Please elaborate. What doesn't make sense about Joker feats? And what is so special about Kingpin? How is he better? What are his feats?

Street level feats are okay BUT JLA-level threat inducing feats like Last Laugh and Emperor Joker, are PIS. Without these PIS feats, he's no where near as formidable or as dangerous the Kingpin.

Like I said earlier the police will receive a phone call from Kingpin to make up for a favor he probably didn't do for them. As they park infront of the hide out DareDevil sneaks inside and takes out all of the guards (where the hell does he find these men with guns and masks?) by turning the lights off like he always does only to find that Kingpin has already brutally murdered the Joker, left some flowers and has put out a cigar on his head.

Bats is street level. He however has the tech and resources, IMAGINATIVELY, used by JLA-writers, sometimes to the edge of suspension of disbelief, to allow him to compete with the top tiers.

The Joker has no special powers or ability, apart from very insane which offers next to nothing in terms of tactical advantage in a fight (unlike the Kingpin who is versed with sumo and has enhanced physical stats). He neither has the tech and the resources of Bats (again, unlike the Kingpin ). His background suggest nothing. So yes he's street level villain. A street level villain who gets all this UNWARRANTED FAN WANKING to make him a JLA-level threat.

In a no-prep fight, DD curbstomps him.

In a one sided prep fight for the Joker, Joker wins (who doesnt win with one sided prep?)

In a one sided prep fight for the DD, DD wins (who doesnt win with one sided prep?)

Prep for both: DD again wins the majority (the fight is in Hell's Kitchen).

yes im sure you think so but bats is indeed smart enough to be on the JLA he isnt there just cause he got a pretty face, even with his tech its not always enough to always take out joker, and some of those guys are not street level, ra's al ghoul is global, poison ivy is a global threat now, deathstroke not to be messed with, bats was street level but now he's been elevated and thus his villains have been elevated along with him, brains over brawns sometimes works you know, if it wasnt so he wouldnt have been kicked out for using there powers aginst them in the tower of babble saga, in fact they say he brought plastic man in just in case MM went crazy and he did when he becamse fernus to say he's a street level is not right he has the brains, and tech and skills to be a amazing tactician against any threat the JLA goes up against brawn cant always win with out brains

Well its not supposed to be a one on one fight is it? I thought the guy at the beginning said that the Joker sets up shop, in other words the Joker is gonna have prep?

Yeah but he does not have any resources......I guess he is just very intelligent.

he is great at prep read some of his stuff going up agianst the jla or jokers last laugh.
