1st time: Marvel Surtur has the Twilight Sword

2nd time: no Twilight Sword

DC Surtur had very brief appearances in both PC and Post. So we can't really judge.

Marvels Surter is over 1000 feet tall, commands the power cosmic, has vast arcane knowledge and power. He can forge weapons nearly as powerful as Mjolnir. The twilight sword is immensly powerful. It can actually damage celestials. Just a few facts. I dont know enough about DC's to make a call. Just thought I would throw out Marvels in case someone does know about DC's but not marvels.
