Red Tornado

Red Tornado (when written correctly) is more than an android. He's an air elemental housed in a android.

He's the Iceman of gases, air and wind. He can do just about anything with it like making air forcefields, constructs and causing explosions.

Also his power is almost limitless. If he wanted he could make a tornado the size of Asia.

Tornado wins.He has considerable strenght and durability, his aerial combatant skills outclass Carol cause, well, he's an air elemental, he knows how to fly better than she would learn in a 1000 years.He can manipulate the elemental wind to perform blasts of cyclonic force, create tornados able to absorb magical energies, like in the AVENGERS/JLA crossover, he did managed to absorb the energy barrier of Felix Faust, tough he was overloaded, but considering Faust got the time to came up with such force field that required the power of Mjolnir to accomplish the task of demolishing it, that's a high feat for RT.His control over winds is on Thor level.Carol is defeated
