Adam have access to the sould gem. - As we know Adam defeated Dr. Strange w/ access to his equipment, but how will he do against Fate?

Maybe because Hall was the last Dr.Fate.

Dr.Fate wins this.I don't see how Warlock's best weapon and option(Soul gem) is gonna work on Fate.

Where as Fate has too many options.

Fate wins. He can do everything Warlock can plus anything else he feels like.
