If Slade had some prep, he'd probably do well against Carnage. Without it, he might be able to pull out a couple of victories(via Meta Grenades), but not more than 2 or 3 out of 10.

Carnage probably has the highest damage soak of anyone below class 100 .... except when it comes to heat and sonic weaponry.... but even sonics wont completely stop him

Carnage could be taken down by his plasma staff, or the grenades,as Carnage's flame tolerance isn't very high at all. He can take sonics tough..

Once he was defeated by some lady who threw some alcohol on him and set it on fire... I can't provide scans, but it is the arc where Carnage fought Venom through computers.
