2nd:Exiles Hyperstorm vs Psi Lord
They are a maximum potential

I'm pretty sure Hyperstorm and Psi-Lord have already fought in comics. I don't recall who won though.

As for Exiles Hyperstorm. He appeared in three issues of Exiles and didn't do anything particularly impressive in any of them, two as a child and one as a flashback, having been killed by a technology-cloaked Sabretooth.

Psi-Lord won but barely survived

Okay I read those websites that guy gave me, Psi-Lord fought him in a telepathic battle.

From what I could see the exiles one is supposed to be Prof X, Magneto and Phoenix combined.

So I'd say he wins the first and dies in the second.

Psi Lord wins.
Period.

The most powerful being in the Multiverse.

Hyperstorm should win this he is basically Psi-lord x2

Franklin defeated his son

Psi-Lord destroyed an alternate Universe.
