This is driving me crazy and I don't have much to go on but vague recollections....
All I remember about this movie was it was in black and white and involved dismembered hands that were kept in glass cases by some guy. At some point the hands came alive and I recall some girl sitting in a garden singing a song about how pure water would save you and guess what...it rained and the hands all died. Anyway, it was something like that. My brother and I saw it when we were kids and he bet I couldn't come up with the name. I remember it was one of those types of movies that had a "nurse" in the lobby for the faint of heart and you also got a certificate that you survived the "horror".
