From what I've read of Daredevil, (largely frank millers, and bendis' run) Gladiator isn't that tough of an opponent. I think that Crossbones could take this at least 6/10.

Im givin it to crossbones. Better fighter, kinda crazy and no offense if theres a gladiator respect thread, butum...he kinda sucks.

Gladiator may be able to pull it off. He has great grappling skills, is a good h2h combatant, razor sharp blades and body armor. Hes given DD trouble in the past. Id say Gladiator 6/10.
