Why would anyone want to buy a full screen DVD version?
Widescreen is sooo much better.
You see everything you did at the theater.

simple...you buy full screen because you dislike those black lines at the top and bottom of your tv. PErsonally Widescreen's good enough for me so that's prob what I'll buy.

I'm not a bandwagon jumper, but I was going to get the widescreen dvd anyway......BTW I thought that the Two Towers doesn't come out until dec?

Two Towers has a Norwegian release of 19th December and I think it is a world release.

well, two extra lines and something else I forgot, well, not really a SE, but a "new" one

wasn't one of them a small addition to one of Padme and Anakins dialogue, after the slaughter..if I remember TF.N correctly

Why is the Episode II DVD coming out so soon? I thought Lucas said it takes years to make the extra's for the DVD (remember episode I)?

well..back then they released the best dvd-extra ever, now almost all big films get loads, they're more experience; so they do it faster..maybe

Lucasgilm's position is still that the new films require relatively little work to put to DVD; doing the old ones to the extent that GL wants them done is, they say, a major project not practical while the films are being done.

But they certainly did change their mind, To, yeah, because they originally said the TPM DVD wouldn;t come out until after ep. iii either.
