Can Bats and Bp kill the THing or does Thing clobber there asses

This fight has too many variables you didn't touch on. Is there prep? Standard weapons? etc.

Batman teleports around Ben peppering him with his gadgets.

You didn't give them prep, but I still think Batman and Black Panther win. BP studied the Fantastic Four long enough to beat them in a prep match, so he still retains some of that knowledge. Batman has a teleportation device on his belt so they can hop around while they plot strategies. I know for sure that Thing can smell, so Bruce's sleeping gas pellets could potentially take him out.

There are other factors you failed to mention: if this is night time, I'm sure Batman and BP will be stealthy and evasive enough to avoid damage at all.

It gets confusing when you get to their higher-ups in terms of power. Yahweh=Presence, but he's the God of Verigo, which is a company owned by DC, and Lucifer has comics in that company as well. But, the Presence is actually the God of DC.

and c'mon, things not stupid he has a 5 in fighting skill in the Marvel encyclopedia, he'd eventually get a hold of them, and when he does, he'll just peel the flesh from their bones or rip their heads off.

Given the inherent cheapness of the Batman character(the hero aspect, that is), I'd say they can win. Although they probably shouldn't.

Just one of Batman's gas pellets smokes an entire room. 3 or 4 of them would be able to give Ben a nap, especially if Batman throws it in his mouth while Ben is talking trash.
