Does it charge for you to download the programs to make sigs??

Nope, unless you pay for a program to make them. like if you pruchase CS2(adobe) or Paint Shop Pro etc. but there are free programs like GIMP and you can DL a trail version of programs like CS2 and PSP.

i like that last one its pretty cool
but i personally think you should either somehow obtain PS
by some means, or get gimp, and look up some tutorials
you make some pretty good sigs with the rescources you have
but i think you could do alot better, and alot more

with one of those two programs

i got the film strip, then i pasted the movies on top, selecting la creme de la creme....so pretty much all of it, minus the flow of the film strip
