He could have been a high level threat type villian (sorta like Electro, Hydroman, and Sandman could be) but they are all idiots with their powers


In my opinion (if intelligence were not a factor) Spot should and could win. But in comics and on these forums MM is probably the better villian

MM slits his throat without him noticing

Spot has waayyy more potential and should win but sucks in comics and MM is a Flash villain.

Far more experienced, he's gone up against some of the best of the DC universe (The Flash, numerous times) and the best Spot has is that he lost to Spiderman.. once.
